June 4th we drove 160km to visit an event in East-Belgium with a thrilling name. We expected a lot of a tuning meeting with Slammed in their name. The least we can say about it is that our expectations were definitely met.
Last weekend we visited our Dutch neighbours in Elst to see what was happening at Elst On Wheels, a car related event that was organised together with the Hobma Modelbouw international model construction days.
Race Wars has always been and always will be a massive event and so it is an already widely known fact that you best come early enough if you don’t want to get stuck in traffic at the entrance. Like the years before more than 3.000 cars made their way to Zolder.
It seems like Lay Low keeps growing bigger and bigger year after year. The 5th edition last year was an amazing success already, this year they had to refuse cars because the area was completely packed around 12 o'clock.
Lower Level has been on the calendar for 12 years in a row by now. Every year it is organised on Easter Monday, this year was no different. In the past they have had blistering sun but they have had a lot of snow as well.
