Fierce Creature
A new month has begun so we present to you a new Fabulous Car as well. This month we have gotten Frank Meire’s Renault Twingo in front of our lens. While Frank was born in 1978, his Twingo first saw light in 1999.
34-year old Frank is a security guard by day and a handyman by night. With the help of his brothers and some friends Frank transformed his cute little 1.2 liter Renault Twingo into the Fierce Creature it now is!

Dark Divx’s M&G Lochristi 2012 Part 1, Lochristi (Belgium / 20-04-’12)
The 2012 season has started and that means that Dark Divx organises his, in the meantime well-known, meet & greet in Lochristi. Unlike last year the weather was good when the evening fell.
As always an acceptable amount of cars showed up on the parking place of the Pizza Hut to make it once again an enjoyable get-together in Lochristi.
It’s the same place to be in September if you want to attend the closing of the season.

Fabulous Spotlight: Opel Corsa
At Race Wars you can always spot a few fabulously looking cars so we had no problem with finding our next Fabulous Spotlight there.
This Opel Corsa B that we have selected runs on German license plates so that was a big reason for us to choose this Corsa since we will not be seeing this car every weekend. The brown paint was an immediate eyecatcher together with the not so subtle airbrush which stretches from the hood of the car, over the roof, all the way to the trunk and the rear bumper. In the interior you can see brown and beige leather everywhere you turn your head. The back seats are gone and are replaced with 2 subwoofers. Other ICE material has been installed in the trunk which is now filled with 4 speakers and a screen in a simple but nice setup. Under the hood the owner has made his engine shine like it has never been driven before and added beige painted details. To finish of the looks of the car it has been lowered with coilovers and got some great chromed new rims.
At the end of the day this great looking car went home with a Top 20 award, an unforgettable moment on the track ànd, last but not least, the approval of Fabulous Cars.be!

Race Wars 2012 Top 20, Zolder (Belgium / 15-04-’12)
Here are the pictures of the 20 winners at Race Wars 2012. What is so special about this award ceremony is the fact that it is a once in a lifetime opportunity to drive with your own modified car on the circuit of Zolder. So besides the honour of winning at such a major event like Race Wars the car owners are also given a moment to never forget! Check it out!

Race Wars 2012, Zolder (Belgium / 15-04-’12)
April 15th was the day that the biggest outdoor tuning and racing event in the Benelux was held again. IMT did this for the 9th time on the Belgian racing circuit of Zolder and again it was a big succes with the whole paddock filled with the Circle of Gold, a selection of the best looking cars that were attending. It was the place to be as well if you wanted to buy some products at 1 of the many shops or if you wanted to enjoy some entertainment like a drift show or a carwash act.
On the start-finish line of the circuit people could compete against each other in a drag contest after going over the necessary safety instructions and checking the required safety material.
The rest of the circuit was filled on both sides of the track with a whole lot of participating cars. Enjoy our pictures that we took of this major event!
We will be back next year for the 10th edition!
